Owners Kevin Riggott And Michelle Niedermeyer Produce About 2,000 Cases Of Wine Annually, Including Six Varieties Of White Grapes And Three Red Wines. The Wine Is Made In The Field, With Approximately 3,000 Vines On Five Acres. The Juice Is Fermented And Aged On-Site In The Underground Basement, And Our Gardens Provide Ingredients For Our Cheese And Antipasto Plates.
